How I Suffered From Clinical Depression and Came Back From It Awakeblogger, Mind & Emotions, personal-development | 12 Comments
Photo courtesy of Made Underground "King Solomon once searched for a cure against depression. He assembled his wise men together. They meditated for a long time and gave him the following advice: Make yourself a ring and have thereon engraved the words "This too shall pass". The King carried out the advice. He had the ring made and wore it constantly. Every time he felt sad and depressed, he looked at the ring, whereon his mood would change and he would feel cheerful." (The Story of King Solomon ) This is a very personal post today. I want to share one of ...

I also planned the future content of AwakeBlogger and there are two major guides that I want to publish here . The first is a guide to personal development as a series of about 7 articles; from the starting point, which is in ...

I just opened the Book-Club and entered the recent, current and possibly upcoming books. The idea is as follows: We suggest the next book for the Book-Club and select one (maybe by vote or mutual agreement) We set a time period (usually several weeks, depending on the book) We will have a post for each chapter of the book (once each week) to discuss it's content via comments In the end we rate the book and write a review into ...

Opening of CANEIblog.com Awakeblogger | No Comments
Note: The blog was later renamed to AwakeBlogger.com . This is the first post on my new blog dedicated to CANEI. CANEI means Constant And Never Ending Improvement, a philosophy or a way of living for continuous openness, learning, improvement and growth. It is evolutionary: through the openness and willingness to move ahead an upward spiral is created, which will empower our life and personal development. So this is nothing fancy, since usually everybody is trying to get ahead on something, may it be to find a right job, to find new friends of contacts, to be more successful and have more drive, ...
