		<description>I&#039;ve been staying up later and later each night, in order to put in more work time in, and I&#039;ve been noticing a lack of energy whenever I wake up during the day, and it&#039;s like you said, it&#039;s the sleeping that is effecting my energy level. Definitely gonna make sure I get my proper sleeping pattern so that I am as a result more productive in the end.

		<description>ive being low and tired lately as things just dont seem to improve so im going to follow the tips and hopefull my motivation for life will find its way back. through research i know that its what goes on in your head affects everything and in the same  time its what you eat and do will come back to affect your emotional state of mind stress is good  in doses it makes us stronger but in greatamounts can lead to low production of serotonin and adrenalin wich leads to depression and if not treated for prolonged period of time can result as a complete mental breakdown or death due to no sleep or appetite and high stress levels cause the body to break down</description>
